Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, partnerships, strategic sales, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of higher education ecosystems, including institutional structures, decision-making processes, and campus dynamics.
  • Ability to engage effectively with technical audiences, including computer science faculty and academic leaders.
  • Experience translating complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience coordinating across multiple teams.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to use technology to improve productivity and decision-making.
  • Commitment to expanding access to education and creating pathways for economic mobility.
  • Experience working directly with faculty, STEM departments, curriculum committees, or academic credit approval processes (preferred).
  • Background in computer science, software engineering, or another technical discipline (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute expansion strategies for existing higher education partners, increasing adoption across departments, courses, and programs.
  • Build strong relationships with faculty, department leaders, administrators, and other campus stakeholders to identify growth opportunities.
  • Own partner retention and engagement by monitoring account health, identifying risks, and proactively addressing challenges.
  • Create and improve partnership playbooks, processes, and frameworks to support consistent growth across the partner portfolio.
  • Use data and performance insights to evaluate partnership success, identify opportunities, and guide investment decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including product, marketing, and program delivery functions to ensure successful partner outcomes.
  • Advocate for program value by communicating curriculum quality, student impact, and career outcomes to academic audiences.
