Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the custom-branded apparel and promotional products industry.
- Managing client orders from quotation through production and delivery.
- Strong knowledge of customisation methods: embroidery, screen printing, heat transfers, laser engraving, and digital printing.
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Canva, HubSpot, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to create professional artwork proofs and use AI tools like Gemini or Midjourney.
- Experience with order management/ERP platforms like HOOPS, commonsku, Antera, FacilisGroup, MPower, SAGE, or DecoNetwork.
- Commercial awareness regarding pricing, margins, and markups.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound leads and prepare quotes, presentations, and product recommendations.
- Manage customer orders in the system, ensuring specifications, design, and timelines are captured.
- Coordinate purchase orders with suppliers and track progress until delivery.
- Maintain and update client records in HubSpot.
- Prepare and present artwork proof designs using Canva, Google Slides, or Adobe Illustrator.
- Ensure artwork files meet production-ready supplier specifications.
