Requirements
- At least 5 years of progressive project management experience in complex operational or technical initiatives.
- Experience overseeing cross-functional operational tasks, including financial operations, HR/people operations, and general operations.
- Proven experience as a leader capable of fostering human-centered, equitable, and sustainable team outcomes.
- Familiarity and comfort with financial operations, accounting actions, terms, and tasks.
- Demonstrated success working in and project managing for a remote team environment.
- Ability to successfully manage several simultaneous portfolios with fluctuating capacity demands.
- Strong relational skills with the ability to educate and persuade clients on best practices.
- Ability to support, manage, and supervise internal multi-level teams of subject matter experts.
- Strong attention to detail balanced with the ability to orient to a bigger picture.
- Willingness to learn and grow, including creative utilization of AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong client relationships to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Optimize client internal operations by conducting assessments and implementing innovative solutions.
- Oversee Senior Associates and Associates to deliver people operations initiatives such as talent acquisition and performance management.
- Collaborate with clients on financial processes, budgeting, and accounting functions to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage client operations portfolios throughout the entire engagement lifecycle.
- Set clear expectations for team members, delegate tasks, and provide ongoing guidance and mentorship.
- Collaborate with internal leadership to identify opportunities for evolving internal structures and procedures.
