Requirements
- Proven success in consultative sales.
- Experience coaching or developing sales professionals.
- Track record of achieving revenue goals.
- Experience holding team members accountable to performance standards.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience using KPIs and reporting to improve performance.
- Ability to balance personal production with leadership responsibilities.
- Experience with CRM platforms, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project-management software like Asana.
- Proficiency in using call recording, QA platforms, and scheduling systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Success Managers through weekly one-on-one sessions and daily huddles.
- Drive pod revenue through renewals, upgrades, continuations, referrals, and additional services.
- Monitor KPIs and performance dashboards to forecast revenue and improve pipeline health.
- Review client conversations and conduct call reviews to provide actionable coaching feedback.
- Hold team members accountable to performance expectations and company standards.
- Resolve escalated client situations while balancing empathy with accountability.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and improve operational workflows and documentation.
