Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years managing sales representatives or agents.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines (PL) insurance license.
- Proven success achieving and exceeding sales goals and performance metrics.
- Strong understanding of the full insurance sales lifecycle, with the ability to train teams and improve sales processes.
- Experience using CRM platforms, reporting tools, and data insights to guide business decisions.
- Ability to coach diverse teams, identify development opportunities, and motivate employees toward shared goals.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment with a proactive and positive mindset.
- Ability to work assigned Monday–Friday shifts and participate in a rotating Saturday schedule every 4–6 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Coach, mentor, and empower a team of 12–14 sales agents in a fast-paced call-center environment.
- Monitor team and individual performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and provide actionable feedback.
- Use reporting, analytics, and sales data to optimize performance and drive informed decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experiences.
- Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training initiatives for new sales team members.
- Create and implement sales programs, initiatives, and process improvements to increase productivity and effectiveness.
- Promote a customer-focused culture while ensuring teams consistently deliver high-quality service.
- Manage daily operations while adapting to evolving business priorities and market needs.
