Requirements
- 3+ years of sales engineering management experience.
- Experience in a software or data center environment preferred.
- Fundamental breadth of technical knowledge in cloud data management, backup, disaster recovery, and data analytics.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in distributed architectures, file systems, and SAN product competitive offerings.
- Proven experience working with C-level personnel to solve business challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong hands-on, energetic, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high-volume call and demo requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Sales Engineers for the SLED team.
- Recruit and hire top Sales Engineers to support regional expansion.
- Enable Sales Engineers to build and deliver effective technology solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to regional sales teams.
- Analyze, design, and develop integrated technology solutions for customers.
- Deliver technical and sales presentations to customer technical staff and senior management.
- Act as a trusted technology advisor to customers and internal stakeholders.
