Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare operations, or related transformation-focused roles.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue cycle workflows, payer processes, and billing operations.
- Proven experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) programs and system implementations.
- Experience using Jira or similar work management platforms for project tracking.
- Demonstrated success leading automation and operational process improvement initiatives.
- Strong financial acumen with experience measuring ROI and business impact.
- Ability to communicate complex technical and operational concepts to executive teams.
- Experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath or Automation Anywhere) is preferred.
- Experience with EHR platforms such as Epic or Cerner is beneficial.
- PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for revenue cycle systems, ensuring solutions meet operational and compliance standards.
- Develop and execute testing strategies, governance, and audit readiness for billing and payer workflows.
- Manage centralized Jira-based work intake, prioritization, and sprint planning.
- Develop and deliver the revenue cycle automation roadmap using RPA and AI-driven solutions.
- Measure and validate financial impact, including ROI, cost savings, and productivity gains.
- Build forecasting models and executive reports demonstrating realized value.
- Establish governance frameworks to improve accountability and execution across initiatives.
- Lead and mentor teams responsible for testing, analytics, and automation.
