Requirements
- Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, or call center experience
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- High-speed internet and quiet work environment
- Experience recruiting healthcare professionals (preferred)
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, or CRM platforms (preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies (preferred)
- Experience with remote recruiting or virtual support roles (preferred)
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Source healthcare candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and outreach campaigns
- Conduct phone screenings and virtual interviews with candidates
- Review resumes, credentials, licenses, and work history
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Build pipelines of healthcare professionals for future openings
- Send emails, texts, and outreach campaigns to prospective candidates
- Collaborate with recruiters, sourcers, and leadership team members
- Meet recruiting activity and placement goals
- Assist with reference checks and onboarding coordination
