Requirements
- Proven experience with end-to-end process ownership and strategy execution.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI and automation to redesign workflows.
- Experience building reporting dashboards and using data to drive operational improvements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and maintain a warm, clear candidate experience.
- Comfortable balancing high-level strategy with tactical execution tasks like interviewing or documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to make progress through ambiguity and drive projects to completion.
- Genuine interest in coaching and human development.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across Coaching and Operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end coach recruiting funnel from sourcing and application review to interviewing and hiring.
- Develop and maintain a high-quality, thoughtful candidate experience.
- Lead the coach onboarding process from offer acceptance through training and activation.
- Own daily coach operations, including communications, documentation, and addressing recurring operational needs.
- Design and implement AI-first systems and workflows to automate manual processes and improve consistency.
- Analyze data, identify operational bottlenecks, and iterate on solutions to enhance coach satisfaction and efficiency.
