Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in MEP/building services engineering, Building Automation Services, or project/program coordination.
- Experience in SaaS or technology-enabled services preferred.
- Solid understanding of building technology systems including HVAC controls, BMS, lighting controls, energy metering, and IT/OT/IoT networks.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling/BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, or Archicad.
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
- Ability to interpret and manage large, disparate datasets.
- Comfortable learning and using AI productivity tools.
- Effective communication skills to explain technical content clearly to various teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and set up Digital Twins for clients by working directly on live deployment projects.
- Process and validate data using knowledge of HVAC, BMS, electrical, and mechanical building systems.
- Utilize 3D building models in Revit or Navisworks to understand layouts and ensure accurate Digital Twin creation.
- Analyze large datasets using Excel to identify issues and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate across departments to support system integrations.
- Leverage AI tools for data processing, documentation, and problem-solving.
- Manage deliverable progress and inform Team Leaders of blockers or risks.
- Engage with Product and Engineering teams to improve platform capabilities.
