Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in MEP/building services engineering, Building Automation Services, or project/program coordination.
- Experience in SaaS or technology-enabled services businesses preferred.
- Background in MEP engineering (mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing), specifically control and monitoring.
- Understanding of building technology systems (HVAC controls, BMS, lighting controls, energy metering, IT/OT/IoT devices, access control).
- 3D modeling/BIM experience (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Archicad) is highly regarded.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpreting large, disparate datasets (Excel, SQL or similar).
- Comfort using or learning AI tools like Claude to improve productivity.
- Ability to explain complex technical content clearly to internal and external teams.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills for managing cross-functional stakeholder expectations.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude.
Responsibilities
- Help build and set up Digital Twins for clients through direct work on live deployment projects.
- Utilize knowledge of building systems (HVAC, BMS, electrical, mechanical) to process and validate data.
- Work with 3D building models (Revit, Navisworks) to support Digital Twin creation and analyze large datasets using Excel.
- Collaborate across departments to help set up and support system integrations.
- Use AI tools to accelerate data processing, documentation, and problem-solving.
- Inform the Team Leader daily on progress, issues, risks, and blockers.
- Engage with Product and Engineering teams to improve product capabilities and the development roadmap.
