Job Details

5+ years of backend development experience.
3+ years of experience with Java (JVM tuning, concurrent programming, Spring) or Go (Goroutine/Channel, Gin/Go-zero/Gorm).
Proficiency in microservices architecture and distributed systems design (message queues, distributed locks, circuit breaking, idempotency).
Expertise in SQL/NoSQL optimization, Redis, and Kafka.
Experience with real-time computing systems (state management, backpressure, fault tolerance, Exactly-Once) using Akka, Pekko, or Reactor.
3+ years of Web3 development experience including understanding of consensus, P2P, gas models, and contract interaction.
Deep familiarity with EVM and Solana chains.
Proven experience building on-chain data platforms, specifically with Log Decode, ABI parsing, and Trace/Internal Tx processing.
Experience leading the architecture of large-scale backend systems or data platforms from 0 to 1.
Proficiency using AI Coding Agents and experience with Agent Harness, Skills/Prompts, MCP, Tool Use, RAG, and Eval.

Design and develop backend architecture for Web3 market data systems covering on-chain data, DEX pools, order books, and real-time trade feeds.
Build low-latency, high-throughput, horizontally scalable real-time computing pipelines.
Implement real-time data push services using WebSocket or gRPC Streaming.
Architect and implement on-chain data platforms from node access and block parsing to structured data storage.
Develop internal data models for blockchain event logs, trace parsing, and internal transaction restoration.
Build real-time monitoring and alerting mechanisms for node health, data latency, and integrity.
