Job Details

Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data engineering, big data, or data platforms.
Familiarity with stock markets, trading mechanics, market quotes, fundamentals, and corporate actions.
Proficiency in SQL and Flink, with experience in large-scale real-time processing and performance tuning.
Proficiency in Java, Scala, or Python.
Familiarity with Kafka, Spark, and distributed storage technologies (e.g., ClickHouse, Doris, HBase, Elasticsearch).
Experience with data modeling, task scheduling, metadata management, and data lineage.
Proven ability to design reproducible reconciliation, anomaly detection, and backfill strategies.
Experience with data source selection, production ingestion, and multi-source verification.
Strong business understanding and ability to translate complex problems into clear data models and contracts.

Own the research, technical evaluation, ingestion, cleansing, standardization, computation, storage, and servicing of financial market data.
Design scalable unified data models and ingestion frameworks that handle varying market conventions.
Build batch-stream unified data pipelines centered on Flink, optimizing for latency, throughput, and cost.
Establish data quality and service-level frameworks, including automated reconciliation, monitoring, and anomaly detection.
Evaluate data sources and collaborate with product, legal, and compliance teams to define usage and redistribution boundaries.
Partner with trading product, data platform, and AI engineering teams to define data semantics and service contracts.
Drive engineering efficiency and quality through metadata management, CI/CD, and task orchestration.
