Requirements
- 5+ years of backend development experience.
- 3+ years of practical Golang experience with proficiency in concurrency models and mainstream frameworks.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and message queues.
- Expertise in SQL/NoSQL optimization and Redis/Kafka for high-volume data scenarios.
- 3+ years of Web3 development experience with a deep understanding of blockchain protocols.
- Proficiency in mainstream public chain interaction, specifically EVM and Solana.
- Experience with full-cycle transaction processing including signing, broadcasting, and Nonce management.
- Knowledge of various wallet account models (MPC, Custodial, Hardware).
- Practical experience using AI Coding Agents and building Agent workflows.
- Understanding of MCP, Tool Use, RAG, and evaluation frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve wallet account systems managing diverse types including seed phrases, MPC, hardware, and custodial wallets.
- Develop standardized Web3 ID models and account interfaces to support internal and external business integration.
- Design and maintain core backend services covering asset management, token lists, and gas strategy.
- Manage large-scale data storage and query optimization for transaction history and account data.
- Implement multi-chain support, transaction construction, and signature broadcasting for EVM and Solana networks.
