Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics, business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in analytics roles with increasing responsibility and ownership of complex projects.
Experience supporting Cloud or SaaS go-to-market organizations is preferred.
Strong SQL skills and experience preparing, analyzing, and modeling data.
Experience using business intelligence and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, including forecasting, time series analysis, clustering, or multivariate analysis.
Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to executives and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and recommend practical solutions.

Partner with business leaders to understand critical challenges, define analytical needs, and translate business questions into actionable insights.
Lead analytics projects that develop solutions, establish performance indicators, and measure business outcomes.
Present data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders to improve operational performance and strategic execution.
Analyze large datasets, identify trends and anomalies, and create clear visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
Support territory planning, commission processes, and strategic initiatives through analytical expertise.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop innovative approaches to increase efficiency and business impact.
Mentor and support junior analysts by sharing knowledge, best practices, and analytical guidance.
