Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial operations, financial management, or accounting-related activities.
- Experience with payment management, processing and financial operations.
- Experience with Coupa Expense for enterprise expense management.
- Experience using Navan (formerly TripActions) for corporate travel booking and program administration.
- Experience supporting Wells Fargo corporate credit card programs (issuance, reconciliation, administration).
- Strong executive presence with effective communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Experience in technology, broadband, or telecommunications environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, and enterprise rollout of a new Travel & Expense (T&E) program.
- Coordinate the deployment and integration of Coupa Expense, Navan, and Wells Fargo corporate card solutions.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, IT, HR, Operations, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive successful program delivery.
- Oversee program governance, project planning, testing, organizational readiness, go-live activities, and post-launch stabilization.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.
- Manage vendor inquiries and support enterprise procurement, expense management, and payment processing platforms.
