Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in industrial operations or construction leadership.
- Proven experience in mission-critical environments.
- Demonstrated track record of leading large-scale project development and execution teams.
- Strong knowledge of project management, construction management, and critical infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of organizational functions including finance/accounting, supply chain, engineering, and quality.
- Ability to build and scale teams within a fast-growth organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse groups of reports and colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and develop an operations team capable of scaling with mission-critical projects.
- Establish and refine standardized corporate processes for project execution to ensure operational excellence.
- Work cross-functionally to support project financial management, document control, and client management.
- Provide executive oversight for daily execution of key projects, managing scope, schedule, and budget.
- Act as the primary executive liaison between internal leadership and external site stakeholders.
- Enforce rigorous safety standards and corporate compliance across all operational activities.
