Requirements
- Experience or exposure to federal contracting, GovCon, business development, capture, proposals, or agency research.
- Familiarity with federal procurement platforms such as SAM.gov, FPDS, GovWin, GSA eBuy, or NASA SEWP.
- Experience using CRM or project management systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, or Airtable.
- Understanding of federal health and civilian markets including VA, HHS, CMS, DHA, or CDC.
- Interest in AI, digital transformation, software delivery, product strategy, or human-centered design.
- Experience working in a structured, metrics-driven, and accountability-focused business environment.
- Ability to reside in designated eligible states (AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, NC, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OR, PA, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI).
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for opportunities, contacts, partners, and agencies.
- Track opportunity stages, due dates, next steps, owners, and probability.
- Conduct research on federal agencies, programs, contract vehicles, budgets, and procurement activity using tools like SAM.gov and GovWin.
- Support early-stage capture activities, including pursuit briefs, call plans, and customer research.
- Coordinate documentation and follow-up items for capture meetings and stakeholder engagements.
- Identify and track strategic partners, teaming opportunities, and industry event activities.
