Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in the development of learning programs.
- Hands-on experience administering an HRIS, specifically UKG strongly preferred.
- Experience implementing and/or managing a Learning Management System (LMS).
- Solid grounding in adult learning and instructional design principles.
- Experience developing training experiences using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Rise, InDesign, Captivate, or Storyline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Strong project management experience with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects.
- Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills for organizing and adapting complex materials.
Responsibilities
- Administer UKG and other core HR systems including configuration, workflows, and permissions.
- Manage employee data changes, integrations, and troubleshooting for HR systems.
- Oversee the organization's Learning Management System (LMS) including user provisioning and course management.
- Design and develop interactive training programs for staff, interns, and partners using various delivery modalities.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform content into engaging learning experiences.
- Build project plans and timelines for People Team initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Develop performance indicators and evaluation strategies to assess the efficacy of training programs.
