Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of recent experience in the development of learning programs.
  • Hands-on experience administering an HRIS, specifically UKG strongly preferred.
  • Experience implementing and/or managing a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Solid grounding in adult learning and instructional design principles.
  • Experience developing training experiences using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Rise, InDesign, Captivate, or Storyline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Strong project management experience with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for organizing and adapting complex materials.

Responsibilities

  • Administer UKG and other core HR systems including configuration, workflows, and permissions.
  • Manage employee data changes, integrations, and troubleshooting for HR systems.
  • Oversee the organization's Learning Management System (LMS) including user provisioning and course management.
  • Design and develop interactive training programs for staff, interns, and partners using various delivery modalities.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform content into engaging learning experiences.
  • Build project plans and timelines for People Team initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Develop performance indicators and evaluation strategies to assess the efficacy of training programs.
