Requirements
- 2-3 years of People Operations experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience working with HRIS or related systems such as HiBob, Workday, Ashby, or Culture Amp.
- Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
- Ability to build scalable systems and automate repetitive processes.
- Experience managing US employment-based immigration processes (H-1B, PERM).
- Comfortable managing sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with G-Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
- Experience or openness to utilizing AI tools for workflow efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Maintain core HR systems including HRIS, performance platforms, and onboarding tools.
- Own data accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity across People systems.
- Identify manual processes and build scalable solutions through automation and system integrations.
- Process employee lifecycle changes such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
- Manage US immigration filings including H-1B transfers and PERM applications in partnership with counsel.
- Maintain People policies, process documentation, and system configurations.
- Lead audit data pulls and documentation support for I-9s and compliance audits.
- Provide support for HR system inquiries and process flows via a ticketing system.
