Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or knowledge management.
- Experience within a contact center, healthcare operations, or customer service environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of training programs.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Clear communication skills with experience delivering training sessions virtually and in person.
- Familiarity with knowledge management systems and learning management systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
- Comfort with AI-assisted content development tools.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end new hire onboarding experience including program design, content creation, classroom delivery, and floor readiness evaluation.
- Design and facilitate ongoing refresher, upskilling, and process change training for Claims adjudication workflows.
- Build and maintain training materials including e-learning modules, Adobe Captivate simulations, and facilitator guides.
- Maintain operations-specific knowledge content in the knowledge management system.
- Assess training effectiveness using data, QA results, and supervisor feedback to address performance gaps.
- Manage program logistics including LMS administration, scheduling, and SME coordination.
