Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Zoom.
- Highly organized.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer or similar role.
- Primary computer: Intel Core i5-6000/AMD Ryzen 5 or higher, 8GB RAM, Windows 11 or macOS Ventura.
- Stable primary internet: DSL/Fiber with at least 100mb/s.
- Backup computer system meeting minimum technical specs.
- Dedicated backup internet connection (minimum 20mb/s).
- Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) capable of 3+ hours of power.
- USB-type headset with noise-cancelling features.
- Camera capable of crisp, clear video output.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions for Virtual Assistants to build soft skills and product knowledge.
- Manage virtual classrooms and oversee learning progress through tests and discussions.
- Conduct performance management and coaching sessions for trainees.
- Assist in training needs analysis and the development of training materials.
- Reinforce company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments and manage administrative tasks including LMS updates.
