Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume hiring.
- Experience recruiting across customer support, operations, gaming, BPO, technology, or similar industries.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing skills with the ability to proactively identify and engage passive talent.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience using modern ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
- Ability to influence hiring managers and provide market insight.
- Experience recruiting within gaming, outsourcing, or technology organizations (Preferred).
- Experience supporting multilingual hiring (Preferred).
- Experience hiring across European markets (Preferred).
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics and workforce planning (Preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines.
- Source, engage, and assess candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate technical alignment, communication skills, motivation, and cultural contribution.
- Build and maintain healthy talent pipelines for recurring hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning, hiring priorities, and evolving business needs.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within the ATS.
- Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.
