Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience recruiting in a high-volume and repeat-role environment.
- Fluency with Boolean search across tools like LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Strong organization skills to manage recruitment project trackers and timelines.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to own meetings with stakeholders and present information concisely.
- Working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse or LinkedIn Recruiter.
- AI fluency: curiosity, willingness to learn, and openness to working alongside AI tools.
- Demonstrated ability to autonomously manage recruitment workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for store positions across global markets.
- Define and execute recruitment plans to ensure healthy pipelines and strategically source for hard-to-fill markets.
- Screen applicants using defined interview guides to ensure candidates meet company standards.
- Identify recruitment barriers and collaborate with field teams to solve hiring challenges.
- Compile weekly market insights and maintain recruitment tracking.
- Coach hiring managers on recruitment processes and provide interview support and training.
- Collaborate with Retail Leaders and HRBP to proactively identify talent needs.
- Leverage data analytics to drive operational improvements and support team growth.
- Design and own processes within the Greenhouse ATS and support system maintenance.
- Develop and improve recruitment processes through AI automation.
