- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in fast-growing product or tech companies.
- Proven track record of managing 5–7 open roles concurrently.
- Strong background in building and executing sourcing strategies.
- Ability to independently identify, assess, and engage high-quality candidates.
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- English language proficiency of Intermediate+.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for both tech and non-tech roles, managing everything from kick-off to offer.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to address hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate and organized data within the ATS for process transparency.
- Ensure an exceptional and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Continuously optimize hiring processes and experiment with new sourcing channels.
