  • Proven track record of managing 5–7 open roles concurrently.
  • Strong background in building and executing sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to independently identify, assess, and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • English language proficiency of Intermediate+.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for both tech and non-tech roles, managing everything from kick-off to offer.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers to address hiring needs.
  • Maintain accurate and organized data within the ATS for process transparency.
  • Ensure an exceptional and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Continuously optimize hiring processes and experiment with new sourcing channels.
