Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, people operations, or a similar role.
- Fluency in English (required).
- Strong sourcing skills, especially through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Ability to recruit across a broad spectrum of roles, from interns to senior technical and commercial profiles.
- Comfortable managing multiple open roles across different functions, regions, and seniority levels.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience hiring for SaaS, technology, consulting, AI, data, or digital transformation companies (preferred).
- Experience with international hiring, contractors, freelance talent, or remote teams (strong plus).
- Familiarity with technical roles such as AI engineers, deployment engineers, solutions architects, or software engineers (plus).
- Proficiency in Turkish or Arabic (plus).
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across technical, commercial, consulting, AI, operations, and early-career roles.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions, scorecards, and candidate evaluation criteria.
- Manage contractor coordination, offer processes, onboarding workflows, and regional hiring logistics.
- Support employer branding activities through LinkedIn content, campaigns, and talent community building.
- Track recruitment performance metrics such as time-to-hire and source effectiveness.
- Improve hiring operations by creating scalable processes and reporting systems.
