Requirements

- Experience working in a startup or rapidly evolving environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (preferred).
- Basic SQL query building skills (preferred).
- Experience in the food tech space (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Drive operational improvement with partners to ensure optimal user experience.
- Develop plans to grow partner business through new locations and same-location sales.
- Utilize analytical abilities to build tools and processes for driving partnership KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to solve problems and improve product operations.
- Maintain high-touch communication with partners via email, phone, and meetings.
- Execute multi-session onboarding and training.
- Communicate Sharebite value to demonstrate ongoing ROI for high-value partners.
- Execute account strategies to maximize growth.
- Manage multi-location contracts through discussion, negotiation, and execution.
