Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience with clinical trial payment processes, internationally.
- Experience with clinical trial agreements and site budgets.
- Strong understanding of the study start-up process.
- Fluency in English and the local language of the country where the position is based.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze, reconcile, and communicate financial results to diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a financial lead on the Project Team for global grant administration.
- Oversee the grant administration team for budget management, investigator payments, and reconciliation.
- Create investigator grant workbooks by interpreting the financial sections of Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA).
- Contribute to the month-end close process by generating project-based financial reports, projections, and KPIs.
- Provide financial guidance on Clinical Trial Agreements and site payment workbooks to Project Directors and Managers.
- Oversee Sunshine Act reporting and other global client reporting.
- Process payments to sites according to Clinical Trial Agreement terms.
- Participate in internal team calls, client calls, and Quarterly Business Review meetings.
