Requirements
- Good understanding of affiliate marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and identify patterns and root causes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Experience with Power Query, Power Automate, or Excel automation is highly desirable.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support a portfolio of advertiser accounts.
- Validate transactions and support monthly reconciliation processes.
- Analyze transaction, validation and tracking data for trends and anomalies.
- Investigate validation, attribution and tracking discrepancies.
- Coordinate investigations with internal technical teams and clients.
- Act as a primary point of contact for advertisers.
- Collaborate with Client Services, Technical Operations, Finance and Product teams.
- Monitor account health, SLA compliance and operational performance.
