Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience or relevant equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in clinical trial payment processes, international site agreements, and site budgets.
- Strong understanding of the study start-up process.
- Strong analytical skills and time management capabilities.
- Ability to analyze, reconcile, and communicate financial results to diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and the local language of the country where based.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to drive and meet critical deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a financial lead on the Project Team from a grant administration perspective on a global basis.
- Oversee the grant administration team, including budget management, investigator payment processing, and balance reconciliations.
- Manage the creation of global investigator grant workbooks by interpreting Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs).
- Contribute to month-end close by generating global reports on invoices, projections, and key performance indicators.
- Provide guidance to Project Directors and Managers on CTA financial sections and site payment workbook population.
- Oversee the Sunshine Act reporting process and other client reporting requirements.
- Manage and process site payments in accordance with CTA terms and conditions.
- Participate in internal team calls, client calls, and Quarterly Business Review meetings.
