Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Web Content Manager.
- 2+ years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Excellent proficiency in Excel for data processing and tracking.
- Strong understanding of CMS platforms.
- Working knowledge of Jira.
- Basic Photoshop skills for image resizing.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Deliver content for websites, emails, and push notifications for a major fashion client.
- Plan, upload, and manage content within Adobe Experience Manager and other relevant CMS platforms.
- Process input data from Excel spreadsheets into actionable project tasks.
- Provide daily status reports to the project manager and track project milestones.
- Handle client feedback and implement necessary amends efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams and other global Web Content Managers.
- Perform quality control (QC) and ensure brand adherence on all deliverables.
- Resize and crop images to meet specific dimensions for digital platforms.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks according to account processes.
