Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing SAP implementation or IT transformation projects.
- Proven experience in project management within logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP logistics processes and third-party logistics (3PL) integrations.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project governance, risk management, status reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Experience supporting testing activities including SIT, UAT, OQ/PQ, and deployment readiness.
- Understanding of cutover planning, deployment, and data migration activities.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Familiarity with warehouse systems (WHS) or MES is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP logistics and 3PL integration projects across Brazil and LATAM.
- Manage project planning, execution, governance, and reporting against agreed timelines.
- Coordinate project activities with internal stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and 3PL/4PL providers.
- Facilitate governance meetings, technical workshops, and stakeholder alignment sessions.
- Coordinate testing activities including SIT, UAT, OQ, and PQ.
- Support cutover planning, data migration, and hypercare post-go-live activities.
