Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience working in marketing or digital content.
- 2+ years of experience working with AEM content management.
- Advanced English proficiency required for working with US clients.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for client interactions.
- Ability to manage project schedules and scope.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering requirements and assessing content authoring needs for each project.
- Select templates, components, and modules to build pages within AEM.
- Add and edit content including copy, images, videos, tags, and SEO metadata.
- Compose web pages following brand guidelines and stakeholder input.
- Manage assets and images within Adobe Digital Asset Manager (DAM).
- Create and maintain detailed authoring documentation.
- Analyze and understand end-to-end customer experiences to ensure content consistency.
- Interact frequently with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate proactively with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Help manage customer expectations to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
