Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing.
- Experience in crypto, consumer fintech, or trading platforms.
- Deep expertise in at least two growth channels (e.g., paid search, paid social, UGC).
- Proven experience building a growth function from the ground up.
- Analytical proficiency with tools such as GA4, Amplitude, and Mixpanel.
- Strong copywriting ability for ad copy, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Comfortable operating independently and executing growth experiments.
- Crypto native or active trader with understanding of the onchain ecosystem.
- Experience growing products in regulated industries preferred.
- Experience building affiliate or introducing broker programs preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own net new user acquisition, including traffic, signups, funded accounts, and first trades.
- Identify, test, and scale acquisition channels such as SEO, paid social, influencers, and referral programs.
- Develop and manage a trader-focused influencer and creator program.
- Build an SEO program from scratch, including keyword strategy and link building.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle marketing journey from waitlist to long-term retention.
- Define growth metrics, build dashboards, and drive a rigorous experimentation cadence.
