- 5+ years of recruiting leadership experience.
- Significant experience in SaaS or high-growth technology recruiting.
- Expertise in recruiting for GTM, Customer Success, Technology, and Revenue organizations.
- Proven experience in executive recruiting and leadership hiring.
- Experience implementing structured hiring assessments and governance frameworks.
- Expertise in workforce planning and talent intelligence.
- Experience leading globally distributed recruiting teams.
- Strong analytical, operational, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a remote-first, high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, talent market positioning, and hiring strategy.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing, globally distributed Talent Acquisition team.
- Design and implement structured interviewing frameworks, assessment methodologies, and hiring governance processes.
- Leverage recruiting analytics and talent intelligence to influence organizational growth and hiring decisions.
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing recruiting workflows, systems, and technology.
- Lead executive and senior leadership searches across multiple global functions.
