Requirements
- Strong analytical background with the ability to interpret data independently.
- Proven experience in deep research and identifying growth opportunities for existing products.
- Comprehensive marketing background with an understanding of the full product growth cycle.
- Experience with organic growth channels such as SEO, ASO, AISO, email, and organic social (preferred).
- Ability to calculate the impact of initiatives on LTV, revenue, and unit economics.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to build a department from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Conduct continuous research for new growth opportunities across existing products, focusing on non-performance marketing channels.
- Develop organic growth strategies, including SEO, AISO, ASO, email, and organic social media.
- Manage creative automation to optimize ideation, generation, and iteration of creatives.
- Drive monetization efforts through upsell/cross-sell flows, personalization, localization, and loyalty initiatives.
- Build and lead a centralized Growth team, defining priorities and growth strategy across all product units.
