Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources or People Operations experience.
- Experience supporting organizations with 50+ employees in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Working knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws.
- Experience administering HRIS platforms such as Gusto.
- Experience partnering with a PEO such as Prestige.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent judgment and ability to manage confidential information.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification (preferred).
- Healthcare experience, particularly with PC and MSO structures (preferred).
- Experience supporting fully distributed, multi-state teams (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Manage core HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HRIS administration, and PEO partnerships.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Administer performance management programs, including goal setting, reviews, and calibration.
- Oversee recruiting operations from requisition to new hire orientation.
- Partner with brokers and PEOs to manage benefits administration and open enrollment.
- Maintain compliance with federal and multi-state employment laws and company policies.
- Administer annual compensation reviews, bonuses, and workforce metrics.
