Requirements
- 8–15 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong frontend expertise in React and TypeScript.
- Backend proficiency in Node.js.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL and DynamoDB.
- Deep experience with API integration and third-party API management.
- Familiarity with AWS or equivalent cloud infrastructure.
- Proven ability in system design, architecture, and performance optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of application and infrastructure security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, and YAML.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and QA best practices.
- Experience mentoring and coaching engineers.
Responsibilities
- Scope, plan, and lead large-scale technical initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Design, build, and optimize scalable full-stack systems using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Deliver production-grade features end-to-end with focus on performance, security, and reliability.
- Debug complex system-wide issues and act as a technical subject matter expert.
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers to foster technical growth and excellence.
- Partner with Product and Design teams to clarify requirements and deliver user-focused solutions.
- Promote continuous improvement in testing, deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure security.
