Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in IT support from basic helpdesk to complex issues.
- Strong understanding of macOS and Apple device management (MDM/DEP).
- Proven experience building and maintaining automations using tools like Okta Workflows, n8n, Tines, or Make.
- Active, hands-on experience using AI tools (LLMs, AI-assisted workflows) to improve productivity.
- Prior professional experience with Okta and Google Workspace.
- Ability to think critically, challenge assumptions, and prioritise high-value work.
- Strong autonomy and ability to make independent decisions regarding vendors and urgent matters.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Terraform is a plus.
- Knowledge of scripting languages or technologies like Golang, Python, Docker, and k8s is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own core internal IT stack (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack) and user lifecycle management.
- Manage Mac laptop fleet, zero-touch DEP/MDM device deployments, and maintain security standards.
- Act as a trusted advisor to teams by evaluating and prioritising tooling requests.
- Automate and improve processes across TechOps and supported departments.
- Leverage AI tools in daily workflows to improve quality and speed.
- Collaborate with the Security team on AI tool governance and internal system integration.
- Participate in response activities during security events.
