Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in IT systems administration, SaaS administration, IAM, or workplace engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and an identity provider like Okta or Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Experience managing employee lifecycles including onboarding, offboarding, roles, and access.
  • Administered macOS devices through an MDM platform such as Kandji, Jamf, JumpCloud, or Workspace ONE.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve or automate operational processes using APIs, scripting, or automation platforms.
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and authentication concepts.
  • Ability to diagnose workflow and systems issues using logs and operational data.
  • Strong ownership, judgment, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a distributed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day identity and access management across Okta, Google Workspace, GitHub, and connected SaaS applications.
  • Manage employee and application lifecycle workflows including provisioning, access changes, group assignments, troubleshooting, and deprovisioning.
  • Deliver reliable onboarding and offboarding experiences in partnership with People, Finance, and managers.
  • Manage and troubleshoot the macOS device fleet through MDM tooling.
  • Design and build secure automations for recurring IT processes using n8n, APIs, and scripting.
  • Redesign manual workflows to be observable, documented, and reliable.
  • Provide responsive L1/L2 IT support and identify opportunities for systemic improvement.
  • Support security and compliance activities, including access reviews and audit evidence collection.
