Requirements
- Hands-on experience owning end-to-end support.
- Proven experience building and maintaining automations using tools like Okta Workflows, n8n, Tines, or Make.
- Active, hands-on experience with AI tools (LLMs, AI-assisted workflows).
- Strong understanding of macOS and Apple device management (MDM/DEP).
- Prior experience with Okta and Google Workspace.
- Ability to think critically, challenge assumptions, and prioritize high-value tasks.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Terraform is a plus.
- Knowledge of scripting languages or tech stack including Golang, Python, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own core internal IT stack including Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Manage user lifecycle and security controls in collaboration with the Security team.
- Oversee Mac laptop fleet, zero-touch DEP/MDM device deployments, and endpoint security standards.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to evaluate, challenge, and prioritize tooling requests.
- Develop and maintain process automations across TechOps and supporting departments.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance work speed and quality.
- Collaborate on AI tool governance and secure internal system integration.
- Participate in security event response activities.
