Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering.
- 5+ years' experience in a Senior QA Automation role.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale test automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Quality Engineering, testing strategy, and governance.
- Proven experience integrating testing into Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD delivery models.
- Experience with Java, Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, and REST Assured.
- Experience with SQL, DB2, and Salesforce testing.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Git.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale test automation frameworks.
- Create and maintain automated tests across web, API, cloud, desktop, and legacy platforms.
- Integrate automated testing into Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD delivery pipelines.
- Build and maintain API automation using REST Assured or equivalent frameworks.
- Perform Salesforce platform testing across integrated business applications.
- Develop and execute database validation using SQL, DB2, or equivalent query languages.
- Apply AI-driven testing approaches, including self-healing automation and intelligent defect analysis.
- Mentor Junior QA Engineers, Automation Engineers, and SDETs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
