Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience automating API and Web application testing.
- Experience with API simulation tools.
- Experience designing a test framework from the ground up.
- Strong experience working with .NET/C#.
- Experience working with Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of test automation architecture.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Good written and verbal communications skills.
- Good understanding of the software development cycle.
- Experience working in or with Agile teams.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the definition of the Test Automation architecture.
- Serve as the owner of the common test automation framework components and API/MNO simulation systems.
- Promote standardization of test automation practices across the technical organization.
- Provide guidance and technical support on test automation framework use to scrum teams.
- Train testers and developers on the use of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Provide test automation support to the UAT team.
- Evaluate and pilot the introduction of new test automation technologies, practices, and approaches.
- Design and develop common framework components.
- Evaluate test automation capabilities of potential test and software engineering candidates.
