Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics (MBA a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience within FP&A or other finance functions.
  • Expertise in financial modelling, Google Suite, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in Pigment financial planning software.
  • Highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to manage challenging stakeholders with varying incentives and needs.
  • Experience managing projects with a detail-oriented, multi-tasking approach.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to create structure in ambiguous environments.
  • Technical competency and interest in learning new systems and tools.
  • Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and development.

Responsibilities

  • Modernize and automate forecasting and planning tools by partnering with IT, People, and Finance teams.
  • Define requirements and implement solutions for FP&A while improving the migration to the Pigment financial planning system.
  • Standardize the use of AI across the FP&A team.
  • Manage the company’s planning process, calendar, and corporate-level forecast consolidation.
  • Develop reporting to summarize data and facilitate decision-making for senior management including the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and associates.
  • Forecast global budget items such as payroll taxes, benefits, and allocations.
