Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics (MBA a plus).
- 5+ years of experience within FP&A or other finance functions.
- Expertise in financial modelling, Google Suite, and Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Pigment financial planning software.
- Highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage challenging stakeholders with varying incentives and needs.
- Experience managing projects with a detail-oriented, multi-tasking approach.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to create structure in ambiguous environments.
- Technical competency and interest in learning new systems and tools.
- Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and development.
Responsibilities
- Modernize and automate forecasting and planning tools by partnering with IT, People, and Finance teams.
- Define requirements and implement solutions for FP&A while improving the migration to the Pigment financial planning system.
- Standardize the use of AI across the FP&A team.
- Manage the company’s planning process, calendar, and corporate-level forecast consolidation.
- Develop reporting to summarize data and facilitate decision-making for senior management including the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and associates.
- Forecast global budget items such as payroll taxes, benefits, and allocations.
