Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or another related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or related analytical finance roles.
  • Strong expertise in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced analytical and critical thinking capabilities with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
  • MBA or other advanced business degree strongly preferred.
  • Experience within biotechnology, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or highly regulated industries is a plus.
  • Experience with product costing methodologies and working in complex matrix organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic Finance Business Partner for Manufacturing & Services and Quality, Ethics & Compliance functions, providing financial guidance and actionable insights.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting processes while identifying risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
  • Develop financial models, cost-benefit analyses, and scenario planning to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
  • Deliver meaningful analytics and presentations to senior leadership, translating complex financial information into clear business recommendations.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve financial processes, systems, and data reliability across the organization.
  • Support contract negotiations, customer and supplier agreements, and other commercial initiatives through financial analysis and strategic input.
  • Contribute to mergers and acquisitions activities, including financial modeling, due diligence, integration planning, and long-term value assessment.
  • Collaborate closely with finance and accounting teams to ensure alignment on operational transactions, accounting matters, and financial performance objectives.
