Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience with significant time in SEO, organic growth, or content discoverability.
- Strong understanding of technical and content SEO, including crawlability, indexation, and site architecture at scale.
- Experience with product feeds and structured data such as Google Merchant Center.
- Analytical proficiency with tools like Google Search Console and performance analytics platforms.
- Technical fluency to discuss crawling, rendering, APIs, and technical trade-offs with engineers.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional settings with varying goals and rhythms.
- Structured, outcome-oriented approach to product discovery and delivery.
- Hands-on mindset with fluency in AI tools for daily work.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex systems.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for organic acquisition, spanning SEO, AI discoverability (GEO), and agentic commerce.
- Lead technical and content SEO across 24 European markets, including crawlability, indexation, site structure, and localized content.
- Define and drive AI discoverability strategy to improve visibility and citations in AI search tools.
- Own product requirements for product feeds, ensuring catalog readiness for shopping surfaces and agentic commerce.
- Translate strategy into clear problem statements, business requirements, user stories, and measurable success criteria.
- Partner with Engineering, Data, Marketing, Supply, and Legal to ship well-structured and trustworthy experiences.
- Monitor organic performance metrics and use experimentation to prioritize high-impact opportunities across markets.
- Analyze the interaction between organic and paid traffic to optimize the overall acquisition mix.
