Requirements
- Proven track record recruiting in US and/or EU markets.
- Confidence working directly with founders and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple searches (3–4 active roles) simultaneously.
- Highly self-directed with end-to-end outcome ownership.
- Strong English proficiency (B2+ level).
- Ability to overlap 2–4 hours with US time zones.
- Full-time availability.
- Experience using AI tools in daily workflows for research, market mapping, and candidate analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead client kickoffs and clarify hiring goals, success criteria, and constraints.
- Design hiring strategies, timelines, and scorecards.
- Run weekly syncs with founders and hiring managers.
- Manage offer strategy, negotiation, and closing.
- Conduct deep, structured interviews focused on skills, mindset, and A-Player traits.
- Assess candidate motivation, decision-making, and growth trajectory.
- Guide candidates from first contact through offer and onboarding.
