Requirements

  • Deep, comprehensive full-cycle technical recruiting experience hiring for software, ML, AI engineers, TPMs, and engineering management in tech environments.
  • Proven experience interfacing with and influencing VP+ business executives, HRBPs, and cross-functional leadership.
  • Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
  • Business acumen to navigate competitive tech landscapes and manage complex offer structures, including equity.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a history of mentoring recruiters and steering cross-functional projects.
  • Demonstrated track record of designing holistic search strategies and leading org-wide talent initiatives.
  • Capable of operating autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
  • Demonstrated success managing high-stakes candidate journeys and determining optimal sourcing methodologies.
  • Expertise in data modeling, analytics, and external market mapping.
  • Mastery of ATS/CRM platforms and AI recruiting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with R&D and product leadership as a strategic advisor to align hiring needs with workforce plans.
  • Act as a mentor within the talent acquisition team, championing change and navigating team ambiguity.
  • Utilize market analytics and internal data to model talent scenarios and advise on location decisions and success profiles.
  • Own end-to-end full-cycle recruitment for high-stakes R&D positions, managing complex offers and candidate negotiations.
  • Design and scale global engineering recruiting programs, including structured interview frameworks and industry outreach.
  • Build collaborative relationships with HRBPs, Finance, and Total Rewards partners.
  • Leverage AI and emerging recruiting technologies to improve hiring quality and sourcing techniques.
