Requirements
- Deep, comprehensive full-cycle technical recruiting experience hiring for software, ML, AI engineers, TPMs, and engineering management in tech environments.
- Proven experience interfacing with and influencing VP+ business executives, HRBPs, and cross-functional leadership.
- Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and negotiation skills.
- Business acumen to navigate competitive tech landscapes and manage complex offer structures, including equity.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a history of mentoring recruiters and steering cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrated track record of designing holistic search strategies and leading org-wide talent initiatives.
- Capable of operating autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrated success managing high-stakes candidate journeys and determining optimal sourcing methodologies.
- Expertise in data modeling, analytics, and external market mapping.
- Mastery of ATS/CRM platforms and AI recruiting tools.
Responsibilities
- Partner with R&D and product leadership as a strategic advisor to align hiring needs with workforce plans.
- Act as a mentor within the talent acquisition team, championing change and navigating team ambiguity.
- Utilize market analytics and internal data to model talent scenarios and advise on location decisions and success profiles.
- Own end-to-end full-cycle recruitment for high-stakes R&D positions, managing complex offers and candidate negotiations.
- Design and scale global engineering recruiting programs, including structured interview frameworks and industry outreach.
- Build collaborative relationships with HRBPs, Finance, and Total Rewards partners.
- Leverage AI and emerging recruiting technologies to improve hiring quality and sourcing techniques.
