Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in application support or software engineering, including 3+ years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in .NET and C# for debugging and writing production code.
- Solid understanding of React front-end applications.
- Deep experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including query analysis and performance troubleshooting.
- Proven experience supporting applications hosted on Microsoft Azure, including App Services and Application Insights.
- Track record of end-to-end ownership of high-stakes production incidents.
- Experience with structured problem management methodologies like root cause analysis.
- Ability to write production-ready code to fix issues directly within the codebase.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical authority for production support, performing deep-dive triage across the full stack.
- Develop, test, and deploy targeted hotfixes with appropriate change control on Azure.
- Monitor production incident patterns to identify and resolve systemic issues.
- Drive post-incident reviews (PIRs) and lead the implementation of corrective actions.
- Champion the adoption of AI and automation tools to accelerate MTTR and diagnostic capabilities.
- Act as a bridge between operational insights and engineering roadmap priorities.
- Manage a team of application support engineers, providing mentorship, performance reviews, and operational structure.
