Requirements
- 1–2 years of customer service experience.
- Minimum 6 months of dedicated inbound and/or outbound sales experience.
- Proven experience working in a high-volume, revenue-driven sales environment.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience with prospecting and pipeline management.
- Ability to adapt sales pitches to meet customer and departmental requirements.
- Collaborative attitude with a willingness to share successful techniques with the team.
- Experience in BPO or shared services environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to identify needs and provide optimal solutions.
- Maintain deep knowledge of Thumbtack services and home maintenance standards.
- Participate in at least 55 inbound and outbound calls per day.
- Build customer rapport and identify opportunities to cross-sell products or services.
- Troubleshoot inquiries and resolve concerns using effective de-escalation and problem-solving skills.
- Follow up proactively with customers via SMS and email.
- Track and maintain high performance metrics including revenue, quality, and CSAT scores.
- Engage in regular development sessions and training with the team.
